CBD for Pre & Post Workouts

Those that know me, know that working out is a must 6 days a week. I run, spin, lift heavy and compete in many strength and endurance races. Unfortunately as I get older my body doesn’t recover as quickly and I experience more injury than I’d like to admit. So what’s the solution to this?

Research on CBD is ongoing and the National Library of Medicine currently lists more than 50 clinical trials testing CBD on different types of discomfort.
